Any doubt with AI rights and legislation?
At RAiA, we use advanced artificial intelligence technologies to enhance and optimize your brand’s visual assets.
Below is an overview of usage terms, ownership, and privacy considerations for AI-generated content.
Feature
Details
Commercial Use
Permitted, subject to applicable platform terms and revenue thresholds.
Client Ownership
Clients retain ownership of the content created for their projects.
Platform Usage
Some providers may receive limited licenses to process generated content.
Privacy Options
Configurable settings and enterprise solutions can ensure full confidentiality.
1. Ownership and Commercial Use
Can AI-generated images be used commercially?
Yes. Commercial use is generally permitted under paid service plans. In some cases, higher-tier subscriptions or additional licensing may be required depending on company revenue or scale of use.

Who owns the generated images?
RAiA owns the assets created for its clients under applicable law, unless otherwise agreed. If a generated asset incorporates third-party content, ownership may remain with the original creator. This situation does not apply to RAiA’s standard workflow.

Will the platform use my images?
Some service providers may receive a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process prompts and generated images. This applies only to the content submitted to their systems and does not include your actual products or proprietary materials.
2. Commercialization and Content Restrictions
Do providers claim copyright over generated images?
In general, providers do not claim ownership over generated outputs.
Creators are typically free to use the images in advertising, physical products,
social media, or e-commerce without paying royalties.

What content restrictions apply?
It is strictly prohibited to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights (such as trademarks or protected characters), illegal or violent material, misinformation, or edits involving protected public figures.

Who is legally responsible for the image’s use?
Responsibility rests with the creator or company that uses the image commercially.
If a generated image unintentionally infringes a trademark, liability falls
on the party that publishes or sells the content.
3. Privacy and Confidentiality (E-commerce Projects & NDAs)
What if we use a confidential product photo as a reference?
Confidentiality is a top priority. While some standard platforms may store data to improve their models, we apply strict security protocols to prevent the use of confidential materials.

How do we ensure the product is not disclosed?
For NDA-protected projects, we disable activity tracking and history before starting work. This prevents conversations or uploaded images from being used for public model training or human review. For highly sensitive projects, we use closed enterprise environments that guarantee privacy contractually.

Who owns the final design in an AI-generated e-commerce image?
Your original product design remains your brand’s exclusive intellectual property. Any AI-generated environment surrounding the product can be used commercially.
